NZ's PGG Wrightson says regulator probing its largest shareholder

Jan 12 (Reuters) – PGG Wrightson Ltd said on Friday that New Zealand’s overseas investment regulator had confirmed it was investigating the company’s largest shareholder on “good character” grounds.

Several media have recently reported the Overseas Investment Office (OIO) is probing the agriculture company’s largest shareholder, Agria Corporation, following its delisting from the New York Stock Exchange.
