* MOODY‘S SAYS HIGH GOVERNMENT DEBT LEVELS REMAIN A KEY CREDIT CONSTRAINT IN EURO AREA, PARTICULARLY IN CONTEXT OF ITS RELATIVELY WEAK GROWTH POTENTIAL
